We get it - working out in an apartment has its challenges, but some days you just can't make it to the gym. That doesn't mean you can't get a workout in though!
That being said, you still have neighbors below you who are trying to unwind while you workout, or maybe you have those paper-thin apartment walls that we all know and....tolerate.
