IBX FITNESS PUNCHCARD & DROP-IN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All punchcard and drop-in sales are non-refundable. All sales are final.

2. Drop-ins expire 14 days after the date of purchase

3. Punchcards expire 30 days, 45 days, or 60 days after the date of purchase, depending on the number of classes you purchase. Check the punchcard to verify the expiration date.

4. Late cancels (0-8 hours before your scheduled class) or no-shows will result in a $25 charge per occurrence. You will still have the class to use before your expiration date

5. Advanced Registration is required for attendance, and you must show up no later than the class start time or else you will be considered a no-show and will not be allowed in.

6. Doors close at the start of class - late participants will not be allowed in.
