Community + Fitness

Are you a seasoned athlete who lives for battle ropes and kettlebell swings? Are you not sure what either of those are? Whether you’re training for a race, trying to gain muscle, or just trying to get off of the couch, IBX Fitness will help you gain strength, shed pounds, and build the endurance to get through any workout.

We have athletes of all different ability levels, and every movement we do in our workouts will scale and grow as you do. New to push-ups? We'll modify and slowly build the movement to help you get there. Bicep curls too easy? We'll crank up the intensity and make them a brand new challenge for you!

IBX Fitness was founded after seeing the power a community has when they work (and work out) together. Our endless creativity – from workouts designed around your favorite song to bonding through partner workouts to trying multiple new movements every week – ensures that you won't get bored! We’re more than just a fitness program: If you’re looking to make friends, have fun, and get into shape along the way, we would love to have you!

Warmup + Technique Workshop

Get your muscles and mind primed and ready with some light exercises, stretching, and some focused time to improve technique on specific movements. Whatever your fitness goals are, the technique workshop is there for you to level up your technique and form. We’ll use this time to get those heart rates up and ready for the workout to come!

Workout

Generally 45 minutes, all exercises can be modified or scaled to fit your current ability, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a seasoned coach potato. With two instructors present, you'll get more individual focus than in a typical group class setting. Exercises will include movements from:

  • Gymnastics

  • Calisthenics

  • Plyometrics

  • Weightlifting

  • Cardio

  • Bodyweight exercises

Stretching

It’s incredibly important to cool down and stretch those tired muscles after a class so that you can set your body up on the road to recovery. Each class will end with a stretching session focusing on the muscles used in that day’s workout. Through this we aim to reduce soreness, release tightened muscles, and relax your body to prepare for the next adventure (whether it’s cooking dinner or a run back home).
