How often should you work out to see results..

This question is so valid and common. Not everyone is on a weight loss journey or wants to be “bulky” level of muscular.
However, almost everyone wants to see results- no matter what their goal is. Even, if you do want to be bulky muscular- here’s are the answers you’ve been looking for and it depends on where you are starting.

For most beginners, as in, you haven’t worked out since your high school P.E class, some can start to feel the difference in your muscle activation with just 2 workouts per week. The rule of thumb is incorporating regular strength training with cardiovascular training. Start with full body workouts to start building a routine without overloading your body. You can expect to see results within just 3 days of training. Sustained, long-term training is proven to be way more effective than just daily workouts which can lead to burnout or even worse, injury. We definitely don’t want that and an IBX Coach is keeping a close eye on you to prevent injury from happening and to keep you accountable.

For more active-lifestyle persons, 3-5 days of strength training & cardiovascular training to really trigger that balance of activity and recovery (48 hours of recovery between intense sessions).

Luckily for all, we incorporate cardio in all of our strength training classes AND we rotate full-body workouts into our themes. Whether you are coming to class 2x a week, or 5x a week, we’ve got you covered with the basic formula you need to see results. For the more advanced, training the different body groups (upper, lower, & core) is going to give you that extra push you need. As coaches, we have got nothing but time and opportunity to help you see and feel results no matter what level you’re at, keeping your safety as our TOP priority, right next to programing the workouts that deliver results.

One less thing for you to worry about is scheduling and figuring out what to do in the gym. The most important thing is if you want results, you need to get started.
